Manchester City travel to Sheffield United this weekend, looking to extend their unbeaten streak to seven games.

After their 1-1 draw with West Ham last weekend, City bounced back with a comfortable 3-0 win over Marseille in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

With several injuries already and the fixture schedule still stacked for the forseeable future, it's expected they'll make a couple of changes for this game.

1. Goalkeeper and Defenders

Ederson (GK): Since signing from Benfica, Ederson has been the undisputed number one at the club. His distribution and speed off his line make him a guaranteed starter in the Premier League when fit.

Kyle Walker (RB): The England international has been first choice for City under Pep Guardiola and has continued in this campaign in that manner. Don't expect it will change for this game.

Ruben Dias (CB): Dias has been a regular in the team this season and hasn't put a foot wrong yet. His leadership qualities have shone through at a period where the team needed them most and he's done nothing to warrant losing his place in the team.

Aymeric Laporte (CB): The number one central defender at the club under Guardiola. When he's fit, he starts. Period.

Joao Cancelo (LB): Naturally a right-back but Cancelo has shone on the left in recent weeks. His attacking nature adds an extra dimension the side and willingness to overlap causes plenty of issues for the opposition.

2. Midfielders

Rodri (CM): With Fernandinho out injured, this position is Rodri's to lose. He's the tempo setter and man to sit and protect in this talent-stacked squad.

Ilkay Gundogan (CM): The German got a goal in midweek and has seemingly taken his opportunity to become a regular starter once again. He offers balance in attack and defence and should see his midweek performance rewarded with another start.

Kevin De Bruyne (CM): The most influential player in the Man City squad and easily the first name on the team sheet when fit. It's not a coincidence that City lacked creativity when he wasn't playing against West Ham last week.

3. Forwards

Phil Foden (RW): The 20-year-old England international has arguably been City's best player so far this season. Playing wide or centrally he has been able to influence games and he should start once again.

Ferran Torres (LW): The young Spaniard has started one Premier League game this season but has scored in both of his Champions League appearances so far and deserves a chance to build on that momentum.

Raheem Sterling (ST): The talisman of the team, Sterling put his West Ham horror show behind him with a goal against Marseille. He'll play through the middle due to injuries but expect him to roam and probably get on the scoresheet too.
