Leicester head into Sunday's game at Liverpool off the back of a six game winning streak in all competitions.

Brendan Rodgers has already masterminded victories over Manchester City and Arsenal so far this season and will be hoping to get the better of his former employers at the weekend.

The Foxes are without a win against Liverpool since February 2017 and they won't have a better chance of beating the injury-hit reigning champions than on Sunday. Jamie Vardy relishes facing the big six and is no stranger to breaking opposition hearts.

Here's the side Rodgers should name against Liverpool on Sunday.

1. Goalkeepers & Defenders

Kasper Schmeichel (GK) - The Leicester goalkeeper has carved out a reputation for himself as one of the Premier League's most highly rated and respected goalkeepers. His talent is undeniable and he's a safe pair of hands for the Foxes.

Wesley Fofana (CB) - Fofana's inclusion in the starting XI on Sunday could make all the difference between winning and losing. He has looked a great buy so far this season and strengthens Leicester's already strong defensive unit.

Jonny Evans (CB) - The defender tasted cruel defeat during the international break on duty with Northern Ireland and will be keen to put that loss behind him and help build on Leicester's good start to the Premier League season.

Christian Fuchs (CB) - The title winning left back has been forced to deputise at centre back due to his side's recent injury worries. He's comfortable in a back three and his experience is invaluable, with two young full backs either side of him.

2. Wing Backs & Midfielders

Timothy Castagne (RWB) - The 24-year-old has spent a fair amount of time on the touchlines, having not played since the 1-0 win at Arsenal in October, but Rodgers confirmed in his pre-match conference that he's back available.

Nampalys Mendy (CM) -
The tenacious midfielder has featured in all eight of Leicester's game this season. His constant pressing and defensive mopping up makes him essential to allowing Leicester's full backs to bomb forward so often.

Youri Tielemans (CM) - Tielemans is one of Leicester's most attacking players in midfield. He's the perfect midfielder to have behind Vardy and offers plenty of creativity alongside Maddison.

James Justin (LWB) - The youngster has been handed his chance by Rodgers and he's grasped it with both hands. He is great at getting forward and is someone who plays the game on the front foot.

3. Forwards

James Maddison (RW) - The England international is another who has struggled with injury this season but featured against Wolves before the international break and should feature in attack for the Foxes.

Jamie Vardy (ST) - This man needs no introduction and his record against the top sides speaks for itself. Vardy can go 85 minutes without having a sniff of goal and then nick his side all three points in a heartbeat. He's prolific and a proven match winner.

Harvey Barnes (LW) - Barnes' inclusion will likely see him go up against either the inexperienced Neco Williams or the out of position James Milner. His constant energy and running could result in a difficult day for Liverpool's make shift back four.
