Rivalry weekend did not disappoint.

Players stepped up to score for their team and reclaim rights in their respective rivalries. In the east, Leo Campana stunned against Orlando City and Maren Haile-Selassie showed up for the Chicago Fire. While over in the Western Conference, Bongokuhle Hlongwane proved his worth against the Portland Timbers.

Here are the best goals of the weekend...

5. Maren Haile-Selassie (vs. Atlanta United)

To kick off, we have Haile-Selassie against Atlanta United. The match, in and of itself, was a stunner with a 3-3 scoreline by the final whistle. One goal was bound to make it on this list, and it was Chicago's second.

It seems the team is finally finding their rhythm, as Designated Player Xherdan Shaqiri connected with Haile-Selassie to find the back of the net.

4. Bongokuhle Hlongwane (vs. Portland Timbers)

Minnesota United is picking up steam, despite their ongoing roster woes. Bongokuhle Hlongwane found his footing in extra time to win the game for Adrian Heath's side in a spectacular fashion.

The goal was great, but the timing made it even better.

3. Rafael Santos (vs. Inter Miami)

In a game between Inter Miami and Orlando, there was bound to be action.

Orlando took home the boasting rights in Florida, triumphing 3-1 over a weakened Inter Miami. Rafael Santos made history for himself, scoring his first goal late in the second half to seal the scoreline and the three points.

2. Brandt Bronico (vs. Nashville SC)

We have another first.

Brandt Bronico scored his first goal for Charlotte FC at home, stunning supporters as the player sneaked up past Nashville goalkeeper Joe Willis. Though the goal was not enough to win Charlotte the game, ultimately losing 2-1 to Nashville, at least Bronico will always have that moment.

1. Leo Campana (vs. Orlando City)

And in first, we have Leo Campana against Orlando City. He may be the only good thing about Inter Miami at the moment, so lucky for fans he keeps going.

Campana managed another stunning strike for the team, rocketing the ball past goalkeeper Pedro Gallese to get on the scoresheet one more time.
