Week 10 in MLS saw some incredible goals scored.

Designated Players lived up to their price tag, a young player made his mark on a new team, and bicycle kicks were witnessed.

In the East, Inter Miami picked up their first win since March despite a Cucho Hernandez wonder goal. Over in the West, the San Jose Earthquakes got their third draw of the season, with midfielder and captain Jackson Yuiell powering them to a hard-earned draw vs. Austin FC.

Here's the best goals of the week...

5. Bryce Duke (vs. Sporting KC)

Though many thought Bryce Duke’s move from Inter Miami to CF Montreal was harsh, the 22-year-old made the most of his new start, nabbing a nifty (maybe slightly offsides) goal in just his third match for the team.

In the 35th minute, Sporting’s defense collapsed, leaving Duke in acres of space. The nimble-footed midfielder was able to sneak in behind and calmly slot in the ball to get Montreal’s first goal of the night.

Now, this strike isn’t nearly as nice as some of the other goals on this list, but it’s worthy of being talked about due to the amount of potential Duke has to grow as a player in Montreal.

4. Yimmi Chara (vs. St. Louis CITY)

Yimmi Chara got on the scoresheet for the Portland Timbers in their 2-1 win over St. Louis City.

Much like Duke’s goal, Chara’s 82nd-minute hit wasn’t the flashiest, but the technique and the angle that it was scored made it a fine addition to the list.

Just as St. Louis thought they would scrap by with a point, assisted by Santigo Moreno, Chara got his angles right and hit a right-footed shot from the center of the box past St. Louis goalkeeper Roman Burki to finish in the bottom left corner.

This win sees the Timbers climb to 8th in the Western Conference.

3. Jackson Yueill (vs. Austin FC)

Take a bow, Jackson Yueill!

The San Jose Earthquakes only managed a draw vs. Austin FC, but Yueill’s goal will be discussed for weeks.

In the 21st minute, the 26-year-old opened the scoring for the Earthquakes with a lovely top-corner finish that mystified Austin goalkeeper Brad Stuver.

Not only was it a thunder strike, but it silenced a largely raucous Austin crowd.

2. Cucho Hernandez (vs. Inter Miami CF)

Although the Crew dropped points, forward Cucho Hernandez made his way back to the field in style, scoring a scintillating top-corner goal in the 10th minute of their 2-1 loss.

Hernandez was swamped by several Inter Miami players before he surprised Miami goalkeeper Drake Callender by slotting it into the top right of the goal.

Despite the loss, the Crew is still one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference, sitting on fourteen points through ten games.

1. Christian Benteke (vs. Charlotte FC)

Last, we have Christian Beneteke with the best goal of the week, scoring a magisterial overhead kick to get DC United’s second goal in their 3-0 victory over Charlotte FC.

Benteke has been in phenomenal form for the Black and Reds, scoring five goals in ten games.

His latest strike against Charlotte shows how good of an acquisition he’s been for DC for a team in the middle of a rebuild.

This win for  United sees them go to seventh in the Eastern Conference, just a point from fourth place.
