Back on top in the battle of the capital city, Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid will look to keep second place ahead of Atletico when they head to Sevilla on Saturday.

Victory over Rayo Vallecano, coupled with Atletico's surprise draw away at Espanyol, saw Los Blancos reclaim their spot in second place in the standings, but they may have to see off Europa League finalists Sevilla if they are to keep it.

The hosts will face Roma on Wednesday and will undoubtedly be prioritising that fixture over the chance of picking up a few more points in a La Liga campaign that is already over for them.

Here's all you need to know about this one.

Sevilla vs Real Madrid score prediction

With Sevilla likely to take a step back here and protect themselves before the Europa League final, this game should be pretty simple for Real Madrid.

Ancelotti's side are in desperate need of points to keep themselves ahead of Atletico and Sevilla will likely be happy to give three away in exchange for the safety of their players. It's a win-win for everybody except the neutrals, but who cares about those?
