Celtic's unbeaten start to the season continued with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Ross County at the Global Energy Stadium on Saturday.

Neil Lennon's side raced into a 2-0 lead inside 20 minutes after Odsonne Édouard converted from the penalty spot and Albian Ajeti picked up the pieces to stroke home after the hosts failed to clear a Callum McGregor free kick.

The Bhoys turned on the style in the second half as Shane Duffy grabbed a debut goal via a bullet header, Kristoffer Ajer poked home from close range and Patryk Klimala capitalised on a poor defensive error to wrap up victory with a cool finish.

Let's get into some player ratings.

1. Goalkeeper & Defenders

Vasilis Barkas (GK) - 8/10 - Made an excellent first-half stop to deny Ross Stewart, one of countless fine saves he produced to preserve his well-earned clean sheet.

Shane Duffy (CB) - 8/10 - An excellent debut for his boyhood club from Duffy. He was solid as a rock, won everything in the air and got on the scoresheet with a towering header. A player of the match performance.

Christopher Jullien (CB) - 6/10 - Looked shaky at times and almost gifted County a golden opportunity after misjudging a back pass.

Kristoffer Ajer (CB) - 7/10 - Joined his centre back partner Duffy by getting in on the act with a real poachers finish. Composed and solid at the back.

2. Midfielders

Scott Brown (DCM) - 7/10 - Mopped up countless times at the back, threw himself into tackles, shielded the back four and got booked. A classic Scott Brown performance.

Jeremie Frimpong (RM) - 8/10 - Top class going forward and defensively. So fast, so energetic, so much potential.

James Forrest (CM) - 6/10 - His dangerous free kick led to Celtic's second, but it was an otherwise relatively quiet afternoon for Forrest.

Olivier Ntcham (CM)
- 8/10 - Set up the fourth with a terrific surging run into the box before picking out Ajer with an inch perfect pass. An excellent performance from one of the league's finest midfielders.

Callum McGregor (LM) - 6/10 - Wicked corner was met by the head of Duffy for Celtic's third. Never quite able to influence the game as much as Frimpong on the opposite flank.

3. Forwards

Albian Ajeti (FW) - 7/10 - Three goals in three games for Ajeti who is looking sharper every time he steps onto the pitch. Doubled Celtic's lead with an instinctive, composed finish.

Odsonne Édouard (FW) - 8/10 - Won the penalty himself and then had the composure to stroke home. Was a nuisance all afternoon with his link up play.

4. Substitutes

Ross Draper - 6/10

Oli Shaw - 6/10

Regan Charles-Cook - 6/10

Stephen Kelly - 6/10
