Leicester travel to France on Thursday night as they look to book passage into the Europa Conference League quarter-finals.

The Foxes triumphed 2-0 in the first leg thanks to a wonder strike from Marc Albrighton and a late Kelechi Iheanacho goal. A second victory is far from assured here though, with Rennes in good form domestically.

Most recently they romped to a 4-2 win over Lyon, while the Foxes slipped to a 2-0 defeat to high-flying Arsenal in the Premier League.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of this massive game for Brendan Rodgers' side...

Rennes team news

Romain Salin and Jeremy Gelin remain out for the Ligue 1 side and they are not the only issues Bruno Genesio has to deal with.

Lesley Ugochukwu, Kamaldeen Sulemana and Loic Bade are doubtful too. The trio were all absent against Lyon this weekend and will face a race against time to be fit.

Leicester team news

Leicester are putting all their eggs in the Europa Conference League basket this season, with Rodgers resting Wilfred Ndidi and Youri Tielemans on Sunday against Arsenal.

They are certain to return to the starting XI here and they could be joined by Wesley Fofana, who is finally back in contention following a lengthy injury layoff.

However, Ryan Bertrand, Timothy Castagne, Jamie Vardy and Jonny Evans are all out still, which will frustrate Rodgers.

Rennes vs Leicester score prediction

This is a big game for Leicester. Forget the jibes people make about the Conference League – this is the Foxes' only remaining chance of getting into Europe this season and Rodgers will be desperate for his side to do the business.

It is difficult to see Leicester keeping a clean sheet though, particularly if Rennes' set-piece delivery is on point – or even semi-competent.

It will be a nervy evening for sure, but we think the Foxes should just have enough to squeeze through into the last eight.

Prediction: Rennes 2-1 Leicester
