Real Madrid and Barcelona go head to head in an all-Spanish Women's Champions League quarter-final first leg this week.

Real have impressed in their first season in European football but have failed to keep the pace in Spain so far and are in a fight just to return to the competition next season.

Reigning European champions Barça, meanwhile, have already sealed the Spanish title for the third year in a row, which they did so by thrashing Real in a domestic Clasico earlier this month.

Real Madrid vs Barcelona score prediction

Barcelona have won every game they have played in every competition so far this season. That has already secured their Spanish league crown for another year and continues to make them heavy favourites to complete a second successive treble by going on to win the Copa de la Reina and the Champions League by the end of the campaign.

Real are not expected to stand in their way here. This fixture in the Primera Division in December ended in a 3-1 Barcelona victory - their joint lowest winning margins all season - while the reverse earlier this month was a routine 5-0 win for the Catalans.

Even with a handful of injuries in the squad, Barça's starting XI is basically as strong as it could be and they will have too much for the hosts.

Prediction: Real Madrid 0-3 Barcelona
