Paris Saint-Germain will head to Germany on Wednesday to face Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.

Christophe Galtier's side fell 1-0 in the first leg, which was played largely without the returning Kylian Mbappe, so they'll need a win here if they are to avoid an early elimination from the competition they continue to dream of winning.

Here's how the boss could set up.

PSG predicted lineup vs Bayern Munich (3-4-2-1)

GK: Gianluigi Donnarumma - PSG have kept just three clean sheets in 2023, which isn't good enough for a goalkeeper of his quality.

CB: Danilo Pereira - Injuries at the back will force Danilo to keep helping out in defence.

CB: Marquinhos - Despite an injury scare at the weekend, Marquinhos was back in training on Monday and should be raring to go here.

CB: Sergio Ramos - Ramos' experience in these do-or-die games will be invaluable for PSG.

RM: Achraf Hakimi - Nordi Mukiele is dealing with an injury which may lead to a return for Hakimi, who has been cleared to play despite being charged over rape allegations which he denies.

CM: Warren Zaire-Emery - He may be young but Zaire-Emery has excelled in PSG's midfield and was one of the stars of the show against Bayern in the first leg.

CM: Marco Verratti - After serving a domestic suspension, Verratti will be back in the squad here.

CM: Vitinha - Galtier is a massive fan of Vitinha. Only three outfield players have managed more minutes than him.

LM: Nuno Mendes - PSG need their best attacking lineup here and that will give Mendes the edge over Juan Bernat.

ST: Kylian Mbappe - Mbappe has been stoking the Bayern fire since his return from injury and will be desperate to end his taunting with a win.

ST: Lionel Messi - The Argentine's genius may be what is needed to see off Bayern on their home turf.
