Paris Saint-Germain host Club Brugge on Tuesday evening, playing out their final group game of this season's Champions League.
Mauricio Pochettino's side already have a place in the last 16 secured, with a runners-up finish in Group A confirmed. The Parisian side looked on course to win the group earlier in the campaign, although a 2-2 draw with RB Leipzig and a 2-1 defeat to Manchester City in the previous two outings saw differently.
PSG head into this midweek battle in pretty mediocre form. Pochettino's men may be Ligue 1 champions-elect already, but disappointing draws against Nice and Lens in their last two have epitomised their bizarrely underwhelming campaign thus far.
They face a Brugge side that has gone strong domestically, currently occupying third spot in the Belgian top flight with five wins in eight games behind them, but have been seen off more than comfortably in the Champions League. That said, they still have a third-placed finish to fight for, sitting level on points with Leipzig.

The headline absentee for Pochettino's side is Neymar who, after sustaining an ankle injury in PSG's recent 3-1 victory over Saint-Etienne, will remain out of contention until 2022.
Sergio Ramos returned from injury to make his debut in that win but will likely miss out for a third successive game after immediately getting back on the treatment table with muscular troubles.
Ander Herrera is also a doubt for the visit of Brugge, while Julian Draxler remains unavailable.

Club Brugge team news
Philippe Clement's only concern for this clash will be Ruben Providence's ankle problem although, with no other injury worries, Brugge ought to field a strong lineup in an attempt to upset the odds and give themselves a chance of Europa League qualification.
A few key figures were rested in Brugge's 3-2 victory over Seraing so we should see the likes of Stanley Nsoki, Eduard Sobol, Eder Balanta and Hans Vanaken restored to the starting XI.

These two clubs have faced each other just three times before, all coming in the Champions League and none ending in Brugge's favour.
The first two meetings occurred in the 2019/20 campaign, in which PSG came the closest they ever have to achieving continental glory - losing 1-0 to Bayern Munich that year's final. In the group stage, the Parisian outfit thrashed their opposition 5-0 away before beating them 1-0 at home.
The most recent encounter, however, offers the Belgian club hope. In this season's reverse fixture, Clement's men held Pochettino's stars to a 1-1 draw in Brugge on matchday one - as seen above.

While Brugge have shown the ability to hold their own in the Champions League this term, their form in the competition has suffered greatly since kicking off with a draw against Tuesday's hosts and a win against Leipzig.
PSG, generally speaking, aren't exactly in a scintillating vein of form themselves, but their quality almost invariably manages to rear its head when the side needs inspiration.
Pochettino's men don't have the look of a team, rather a collective that relies on individuals to steal results where needed. While that almost definitely won't work once they're into the latter stages of the competition, it should be enough to round off their group campaign with a nice win in this one.
