Premier League predictions: Gameweek 37

There's just two weekends of the Premier League seasons remaining but everything is still to play for.
We won't see a champion crowned in the next couple of days but the races for the Champions League and survival could be wrapped up.
Here's 90min's predictions for the penultimate weekend of the Premier League season...
Sunday 15 May
Tottenham vs Burnley
Tottenham can leapfrog rivals Arsenal into fourth place for at least a day if they see off Burnley in their final home game of the season.
Spurs ran rampant in Thursday's north London derby and were even able to afford their stars some rest late on thanks to their three-goal and one-man advantage.
In order to cap off a memorable week, they'll need to get the better of April's Manager of the Month Mike Jackson and a Burnley side still scrapping for Premier League safety - but Tottenham should get it done.
Prediction: 2-0
Aston Villa vs Crystal Palace
Premier League Manager of the Year nominee Patrick Vieira takes his Crystal Palace side to Aston Villa looking to strengthen their hopes of a top-half finish.
The two sides are separated by just one point and one place in the current standings, but both have decent shouts of climbing into the top ten before the season's up.
Steven Gerrard's men have arrested their recent slump in form despite a narrow defeat to Liverpool last time out and should do enough to ensure the Eagles don't head home with all three points.
Prediction: 1-1
Leeds United vs Brighton & Hove Albion
Owing to their vastly inferior goal difference, Leeds could effectively be relegated this weekend.
If the Whites lose at home to Brighton, Burnley beat Spurs and Everton get at least a point off of Brentford, then Jesse Marsch's men will have to overcome a significant goal difference swing to stay up on the last day.
Unfortunately for them, we expect Graham Potter and the Seagulls to compound their misery at Elland Road on Sunday.
Prediction: 0-2
Watford vs Leicester City
Fresh from piling the misery on one team who have already been relegated in Norwich, Leicester next face Championship-bound Watford at Vicarage Road.
That victory against the Canaries ended a run of seven games without a win, while the Hornets' 0-0 draw with Everton curtailed their unwanted record of 11 straight defeats at home.
Unfortunately for Roy Hodgson - who will surely get a great send-off from the home fans - and his men, the Foxes are simply better at football than they are.
Prediction: 0-2
West Ham United vs Manchester City
Mark Noble's final home game as a West Ham player comes against their toughest possible opponents - league leaders Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola's men will look to take advantage of Liverpool's FA Cup antics by extending their advantage at the top of the table to six points, meaning the only way the Reds could usurp them would be with a massive goal difference swing.
Sorry Nobes, but City are the best in the business on these shores.
Prediction: 1-3
Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Norwich City
Wolves fans will be delighted to know that after getting torn limb from limb by first-placed Man City, they face a much simpler task next up against 20th-placed Norwich.
The Canaries are going down with a whimper and have lost five straight after it looked like they had turned a corner against Burnley last month.
With Bruno Lage back on the touchline, Wolves will see this as a chance to sneak back up on West Ham and take Europa Conference League qualification down to the final day.
Prediction: 1-0
Everton vs Brentford
Frank Lampard is finally getting a tune out of his Everton players, but they haven't staved off the threat of relegation just yet.
Defeat at home to Brentford could see them dragged way back into the scrap and they could even end the weekend 18th.
However, Goodison Park has become a fortress - the Toffees are unbeaten in their last four at home - and they should just about have the edge on a Brentford side who have celebrated sealing a second season of Premier League football.
Prediction: 2-0
Monday 16 May
Newcastle United vs Arsenal
If Spurs are beaten by Burnley, then Arsenal will secure their return to the Champions League if they beat Newcastle on Monday night.
Admittedly, that's a big if, but it's a scenario that is in play nevertheless.
Eddie Howe's side have had a bit of a wobble of late but who wouldn't when facing Liverpool and Man City in quick succession, right?
The Magpies will look to end a memorable season on a high and will fancy their chances of damaging Arsenal's top-four hopes.
Prediction: 0-0
