There are four Premier League matches to enjoy this Sunday, with some of the division's biggest sides in action.

Current champions Manchester City are aiming to get back on track after a winless run, with Chelsea also looking to shake off some disappointing recent results.

However, the highlight of a super Sunday of action is undoubtedly Newcastle United's trip to Tottenham Hotspur, both sides wanting to bounce back from disheartening midweek defeats.

Here is your guide to Sunday's Premier League matches.

Everton vs Chelsea

  • Location: Liverpool, England
  • Stadium: Goodison Park
  • Date: Sunday 10 December
  • Kick-off: 14:00 GMT / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT
  • Referee: Michael Oliver
  • VAR: Stuart Attwell

There were contrasting fortunes for Everton and Chelsea midweek. The Toffees put in a commanding display in a 3-0 victory over Newcastle, while the Blues stumbled to a disappointing 2-1 defeat at fellow crisis club Manchester United.

Despite their ten-point deduction, Everton's Thursday night victory lifted them out of the relegation zone, with Sean Dyche's side one of the form teams in the top flight. The Toffees had been underperforming in comparison to their underlying numbers early in the campaign, but they are now getting the results they deserve.

They will fancy their chances against an unpredictable Chelsea side. Mauricio Pochettino's team are in the midst of a tough run of fixtures and have looked shaky on the road. The Blues have struggled with their discipline on the big stage, seeing two red cards in their last three matches, and will have to keep their cool on Merseyside this Sunday.

Fulham vs West Ham

  • Location: London, England
  • Stadium: Craven Cottage
  • Date: Sunday 10 December
  • Kick-off: 14:00 GMT / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT
  • Referee: Paul Tierney
  • VAR: David Coote

Fulham bounced back from a disappointing and late 4-3 defeat at Liverpool last weekend with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at Craven Cottage on Wednesday. Alex Iwobi and Raul Jimenez were at the double in a wonderful display that lifted Marco Silva's side closer to the top half of the table.

West Ham United enjoyed a similarly fruitful midweek encounter with Tottenham, securing all three points after coming back from a goal down in the second half. The in-form Jarrod Bowen found the back of the net once again before James Ward-Prowse completed the turnaround.

This could be a tight affair at Craven Cottage.

Luton Town vs Manchester City

  • Location: Luton, England
  • Stadium: Kenilworth Road
  • Date: Sunday 10 December
  • Kick-off: 14:00 GMT / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT
  • Referee: Tim Robinson
  • VAR: Jarred Gillett

As was the case at home to Liverpool earlier this term, Luton Town suffered heartbreak against Arsenal midweek. Declan Rice's stoppage-time header meant that the Hatters' spirited display was ultimately in vain, with Rob Edwards' side needing a similarly heroic effort to get anything against the champions on Sunday.

It's hard to tell whether it's a good or bad time to face Man City, the Cityzens without a win in four Premier League games after suffering defeat against Aston Villa on Wednesday. Recent results have seen them slump to fourth in the table as they continue to look a few gears short of their usual best.

Erling Haaland is without a goal in two games as well, which is probably bad news for Luton. The Norwegian has only gone three games without scoring once this term.

Tottenham vs Newcastle

  • Location: London, England
  • Stadium: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
  • Date: Sunday 10 December
  • Kick-off: 16:30 GMT / 11:30 ET / 08:30 PT
  • Referee: Chris Kavanagh
  • VAR: Peter Bankes

Having been touted as early title challengers, Tottenham's recent form has been desperate in terms of results. Ange Postecoglou has had to contend with plenty of injuries, but four defeats from their last five - having scored first in all of those losses - has seen them plummet down the Premier League table.

They will not be looking forward to welcoming Newcastle to north London either, despite the Magpies' recent inconsistencies. Eddie Howe's team remain a supremely talented side despite plenty of injuries of their own, but a 3-0 midweek defeat to Everton suggests that their extra workload this season may be taking its toll.

With both sides having shown weakness in recent outings, it's tough to predict what kind of game we're going to witness at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
