There were 39 goals for Premier League fans to enjoy midweek, an average of almost four per match, and supporters will be keen to see similar sharpshooting this Sunday.

There are some blockbuster clashes to close out the weekend, the most appetising of which being Liverpool's trip to Arsenal in the day's late kick-off. With both sides vying for the title, Sunday's fixture could have huge consequences in the race to be crowned champions, especially given Manchester City don't play until Monday.

David Moyes faces another return to Manchester United when his West Ham United side travel to Old Trafford, while Chelsea are looking to put Wednesday's disappointing defeat at Anfield behind them when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to west London.

Here's your guide to all four of Sunday's Premier League fixtures.

Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest

  • Location: Bournemouth, England
  • Stadium: Vitality Stadium
  • Date: Sunday 4 February
  • Kick-off Time: 14:00 GMT / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT
  • Referee: Rebecca Welch
  • VAR: Peter Bankes

Nuno Espirito Santo's first game in charge as Nottingham Forest boss came against Bournemouth just before Christmas, although it didn't end well for the Portuguese coach on his debut in the dugout. Willy Boly's controversial red card teamed with a Dominic Solanke hat-trick saw the hosts fall to a 3-2 defeat at the City Ground.

Bournemouth's impressive form will offer them even more confidence going into the return meeting on Sunday, with the Cherries having lost just twice since a 6-1 defeat to Manchester City in early November. Solanke will want to continue his remarkable goalscoring record as well - only Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah can boast more Premier League goals this season.

Chelsea vs Wolves

  • Location: London, England
  • Stadium: Stamford Bridge
  • Date: Sunday 4 February
  • Kick-off Time: 14:00 GMT / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT
  • Referee: Tim Robinson
  • VAR: Simon Hooper

Chelsea's humbling midweek defeat at Anfield brought their run of three successive Premier League victories to an abrupt end and was an ominous sign ahead of the Carabao Cup final later this month. The Blues also lost their last meeting with Wolves, suffering a 2-1 defeat at Molineux on Christmas Eve despite Christopher Nkunku grabbing his debut goal for his new club.

Wolves will still be pondering the events of midweek as well. Gary O'Neil's side came from 3-1 down against Man Utd to draw level late on, only to concede a decisive fourth in the seventh minute of stoppage time. There were positive signs in the second half against the Red Devils, but they will need to be more stubborn at the back this weekend.

Manchester United vs West Ham

  • Location: Manchester, England
  • Stadium: Old Trafford
  • Date: Sunday 4 February
  • Kick-off Time: 14:00 GMT / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT
  • Referee: Andy Madley
  • VAR: Chris Kavanagh

On the other side of the seven-goal thriller at Molineux, Man Utd enjoyed only their second win in seven Premier League games. 18-year-old Kobbie Mainoo was the hero in added time, moving Erik ten Hag's side closer to the Champions League spaces ahead of West Ham's visit.

The Irons currently sit above Man Utd in the table but know a defeat would see Sunday's opponents leapfrog them in the standings. Moyes' men haven't won any of their last five games in all competitions, with a 1-1 home draw at home to Bournemouth last time out continuing their winless streak.

West Ham won the reverse fixture earlier this season at the London Stadium, with second-half goals from Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus handing them victory.

Arsenal vs Liverpool

  • Location: London, England
  • Stadium: Emirates Stadium
  • Date: Sunday 4 February
  • Kick-off Time: 16:30 GMT / 11:30 ET / 08:30 PT
  • Referee: Anthony Taylor
  • VAR: David Coote

Man City will be eagerly awaiting the outcome of Liverpool's trip to Arsenal on Sunday, both sides competing with last season's treble-winners for the title. The Reds are better placed at present and can move eight points clear of the Gunners at the summit of the Premier League with victory in north London.

The two sides have clashed twice already this season, the Premier League meeting ending 1-1 at Anfield in December. Jurgen Klopp's side then travelled to the Emirates in the FA Cup third round, winning 2-0 thanks to a late Jakub Kiwior own goal and Luis Diaz strike.
