There's a lot on the line for almost all teams taking the field in the Premier League on Saturday as we get extremely close to the end of the season.

The relegation battle will be the primary talking point throughout the day with the potential for one team to have their fate sealed, while three of the sides fighting for the Champions League places are also in action.

Here is your guide to the action taking place in the Premier League on Saturday.

Leeds vs Newcastle

  • Location: Leeds, England
  • Stadium: Elland Road
  • Date: Saturday 13 May
  • Kick-off Time: 12:30 BST / 07:30 ET / 04:30 PT
  • Referee: Simon Hooper
  • VAR: Neil Swarbrick

This will be a noisy one, regardless of what happens. Two passionate fan bases with a lot to play for will be in one stadium for the early kick-off and it could be a thrilling encounter, especially if Leeds grab the first goal.

Leeds are still in serious danger of relegation and any point they can earn will be absolutely crucial to their efforts. As for Newcastle, they cannot mathematically qualify for the Champions League this weekend but can get within a hair's width if they win here.

Southampton vs Fulham

  • Location: Southampton, England
  • Stadium: St. Mary's Stadium
  • Date: Saturday 13 May
  • Kick-off Time: 15:00 BST / 10:00 EST / 07:00 PST
  • Referee: Thomas Bramall
  • VAR: Tony Harrington

This could well be judgement day for Southampton. If they do not beat Fulham at St Mary's, they will be relegated in front of their own fans. It has been clear for a few weeks now Ruben Selles is not going to produce a miracle.

They face a Fulham team who have nothing to play for but showed last week with a 5-3 win over Leicester they are not going easy on anyone.

  • Location: London, England
  • Stadium: Stamford Bridge
  • Date: Saturday 13 May
  • Kick-off Time: 15:00 BST / 10:00 ET / 07:00 PT
  • Referee: Paul Tierney
  • VAR: Stuart Attwell

Nottingham Forest are starting to look like they may have enough about themselves to avoid the drop but the matter is far from resolved. Points are still needed and even though Chelsea finally grabbed their first win under Frank Lampard, every team is going to Stamford Bridge with strong belief they can get something.

Chelsea fans will hope their team has turned a corner and can get another win to try and take some of the disappointing edge off a horrendous season. They are still fighting just to finish in the top half.

Aston Villa vs Tottenham

  • Location: Birmingham, England
  • Stadium: Villa Park
  • Date: Saturday 13 May
  • Kick-off Time: 15:00 BST / 10:00 ET / 07:00 PT
  • Referee: Peter Bankes
  • VAR: Jarred Gillett

There is a chance Tottenham's Champions League hopes mathematically end this weekend. If Manchester United beat Wolves and Spurs are beaten here by Unai Emery's Aston Villa side, it is game over.

It will be an incredibly tough task for Ryan Mason's side too as Villa still harbour hopes of qualifying for the Europa League. They will fly at Spurs from the first whistle and there is the potential for this to become a bit of a ding-dong.

Manchester United vs Wolves

  • Location: Manchester, England
  • Stadium: Old Trafford
  • Date: Saturday 13 May
  • Kick-off Time: 15:00 BST / 10:00 ET / 07:00 PT
  • Referee: John Brooks
  • VAR: Darren England

Manchester United's form has slipped quite considerably in recent weeks and having previously seemed like a shoo-in for a Champions League place, Erik ten Hag's side are at serious risk of being pipped on the line by Liverpool.

Their form at Old Trafford has been the highlight of the season and despite recent defeats away at Brighton and West Ham, losing at home to a now-safe Wolves side would be by far the biggest shock of the three. A win would calm some nerves around UCL qualification.
