Portugal predicted lineup vs France - Euro 2020

Wednesday's meeting with France could be do or die for Portugal.
Fernando Santos' men find themselves third in Group F on three points which may or may not be enough to get them through to the knockout stages. A draw will do the trick, but getting a point against the tournament favourites isn't an easy task.
Here's how Portugal should set up.
1. Goalkeeper & Defenders
Rui Patricio (GK) - The Wolves man is capable of the spectacular and will need that kind of experience to keep Portugal in this.
Nelson Semedo (RB) - In a game like this, Semedo is the man for the job at right-back. Diogo Dalot is yet to see any minutes and expect that to continue.
Ruben Dias (CB) - Dias had a torrid time against Kai Havertz and ended up netting an own goal, but he is still Portugal's best defender. Hopefully it was just a blip.
Pepe (CB) - He might be 38, but Pepe continues to shine at the back for Portugal and Porto. He won't want this to be his final match at a major tournament.
Raphael Guerreiro (LB) - The second of the 'Own Goal Brothers', Guerreiro will retain his place because of the injury to Nuno Mendes.
2. Midfielders
Danilo Pereira (DM) - It's a straight shoot-out between Pereira and William Carvalho for this spot. Truthfully, neither deserve to start, but we've got to pick one.
Bernardo Silva (RM) - Silva hasn't got going just yet, but if there was ever a time for the Man City man to turn it up, it's got to be now.
Renato Sanches (CM) - To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Portugal were significantly better with Sanches on the pitch. He actually wanted to make things happen, unlike the Pereira/Carvalho pivot.
Bruno Fernandes (CM) - Another big name not hitting the heights, Fernandes needs to dig deep into his well of talent to get Portugal through this one.
Rafa Silva (LM) - Portugal needed more of a spark against Germany, and Silva can provide that this time around.
3. Forward
Cristiano Ronaldo (ST) - Andre Silva absolutely deserves to start for Portugal, but when you're up against Ronaldo, you're always going to miss out.
