Football Manager 2024 is officially upon us, meaning virtual scouts across the globe are ready to get to work finding the next star of the future.

There are an abundance of players with sky-high potential in FM24, and if you don't want to wait for your scouts to try and find them yourself, then you've come to the right place.

Here are the players with the highest potential on Football Manager 2024.

How potential works in Football Manager 2024

There are two types of potential in FM24 - Fixed Potential and Dynamic Potential, both of which operate on a scale of 200. The closer your potential is to 200, the better you're going to become. Easy.

Fixed Potential is reserved for more established stars with room to grow and will remain the same across each and every save game, whereas Dynamic Potential is variable between a certain range and may never be the same in any two saves you do.

Dynamic Potential is used for younger 'wonderkids' whose career paths cannot yet be fully predicted. They may turn into superstars, world-beaters or simply above-average players, so it's up to your scouts to determine what sort of youngster you're working with.
