PFA Vertu Motors WSL Fans' Player of the Month - October nominees

Each month, you can vote for your favourite players across five divisions of English football, for the chance to win incredible prizes, including the opportunity to present the award to the winning player.

An archetypal modern full-back, Hannah Blundell loves to bomb forward. However, even by her own high standards, three assists in just two games is mightily impressive.
One of those came in the Manchester derby, where she defended diligently to help her side remain unbeaten in October.
2. Fran Kirby (Chelsea)

Assists: 3
Kirby has been one of the most creative players in the world for some time and her form in October reflected her continued brilliance.
During Chelsea's win over Brighton at the beginning of the month, Kirby assisted all three of her side's goals in a comfortable victory.
3. Kim Little (Arsenal)

Assists: 0
Kim Little continued her strong start to the season in October, grabbing a fine brace during Arsenal's 4-0 win over Aston Villa.
She was on form in the Gunners' other game this month too - an easy 3-0 victory against Everton. Her clinical finishing continues to catch the eye.
4. Katie McCabe (Arsenal)

Katie McCabe contributed heavily to Arsenal's flawless October, scoring in the Villa rout before adding another, as well as an assist, against Everton.
Both of her goals were absolute stunners which seem likely to appear on the goal of the season shortlist.
5. Ella Toone (Man Utd)

Ella Toone is Manchester United's most crucial player and she proved this once again this month, popping up with a vital assist in the Manchester derby.
She also scored in her side's victory over Birmingham City at the beginning of the month.
6. Lotte Wubben-Moy (Arsenal)

Goals: 1
Clean sheets: 2
Lotte Wubben-Moy is not known for her goals, nor her assists - but this month she's managed one of each in just two games.
Her contributions helped Arsenal record a maximum six points, while they did not concede a goal either.
