Paris Saint-Germain welcome Bayern Munich to the Parc des Princes on Tuesday, where the hosts hold the aggregate advantage in the Champions League quarter-final second leg.

Les Parisiens wound up 3-2 winners in the first instalment thanks to goals from Kylian Mbappe and Marquinhos, putting all the pressure on last season's winners to get a result away from home in order to turn the tie around.

Bayern, depleted by injuries and without Robert Lewandowski, went into the first leg confident after returning from the international break in winning ways, but conceding three away goals has left them at serious risk of not even reaching the semi-finals this season.

After an end-to-end first leg, 90min previews what promises to be an equally enthralling second leg.

It's good news for Mauricio Pochettino, who welcomes back Italian pair Alessandro Florenzi and Marco Verratti who have both been cleared following COVID-19 isolation. Leandro Paredes is also back from suspension, but the good news ends there for Les Parisiens.

Keylor Navas was substituted at the weekend against Strasbourg with an injury and is a doubt for the second leg. Marquinhos is also a major doubt for the game after suffering a muscle injury in the first leg, but Mauro Icardi has returned to training and thus could feature.

Bayern Munich team news

Hansi Flick's side have been dealt a seriously rough hand in the injury department. Lewandowski fell victim to his international break injury and missed the first leg, although has resumed light training ahead of Tuesday's clash.

Leon Goretzka and Niklas Sule were both substituted in the first leg last week and are ruled out with muscle injuries. Bayern announced on 6 April that Serge Gnabry tested positive for COVID-19, thus he will likely be out of the game too.

Jerome Boateng and Kingsley Coman were injured at the weekend, but could be fit in time for Tuesday, while Lucas Hernandez is suffering with a rib issue but could also feature.

Paris Saint-Germain vs Bayern Munich prediction

Despite PSG taking a lead into the second leg, there is nothing guaranteed in this one.

Sure, three away goals helps their cause tremendously, but it only takes two Bayern goals to turn the tie on its head. And with the Champions League at stake, Flick's side must go all out to ensure they complete a comeback.

If the first leg was anything to go by, fans are in for a treat on Tuesday night.

Prediction: PSG 1-2 Bayern Munich (4-4 agg - PSG advance on away goals)
