Paris Saint-Germain's Best Seasons in the Champions League - Ranked
Angel Di Maria, Juan Bernat and Marquinhos were on the scoresheet as Paris Saint-Germain secured a 3-0 win over RB Leipzig in the Champions League semi-final on Tuesday night.
The Ligue 1 giants have booked their place in the final of the competition for the first time in their 50 year history, and will face either Bayern Munich or fellow French side Lyon on Sunday.
Previous seasons have seen capitulations, injury woes and late drama, all of which have resulted in PSG being knocked out of the competition.
Here's a look at the club's best seasons in the Champions League, and how they compare to their current campaign.
6. 2012/13 - Quarter-Finals
This was PSG's first time at this stage of the competition for almost 20 years, and it was a close one with Barcelona.
The French side replied late to both of Barça's goals in the first leg, resulting in a 2-2 draw with it all to play for at Camp Nou.
Lionel Messi was out of the starting lineup in the second leg due to an injury but was substituted on as the sides drew 1-1, meaning Tito Vilanova's side progressed on away goals.

5. 2013/14 - Quarter-Finals
After a successful first leg for PSG, in which they beat Chelsea 3-1, the task was to go to Stamford Bridge and protect their two-goal advantage.
Andre Schurrle scored just after half an hour for Chelsea, meaning the Blues needed another goal without reply from the visitors.
Demba Ba got that strike with just four minutes of normal time left to play to send Chelsea through on away goals. The final score of the tie was 3-3.

4. 2014/15 - Quarter-Finals
With Barcelona in full-flow heading into this tie, the trio of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar were lighting up Europe.
Barcelona won the first leg 3-1 with goals from Neymar and Messi.
It was Neymar who shone again in the second leg at Camp Nou against his current side, scoring two goals to give the Catalonian side a 5-1 aggregate victory. Barcelona went on to lift the trophy by beating Juventus in the final.

3. 2015/16 - Quarter-Finals
Goals from Manchester City duo Kevin De Bruyne and Fernandinho either side of PSG's two meant the first leg of this quarter-final tie ended all square at 2-2.
City had the advantage through away goals, but also managed to score at the Etihad Stadium, where the game finished 1-0 to the hosts.
The English side advanced to the semi-finals with a 3-2 aggregate victory, but were subsequently knocked out by Real Madrid.

2. 1994/95 - Semi-Finals
Before the club recently reached the Champions League final, PSG's best effort in the competition was reaching the semi-finals in 1995.
However, the team lost both ties against AC Milan. The Italian side won the first leg 1-0, and the second 2-0 to advance to the final, where they lost to Ajax.
The PSG lineup included a strike force of David Ginola and George Weah.

1. 2019/20 - Final*
PSG's 3-0 win over RB Leipzig in the semi-final was a historic occasion for the club, booking their place in their first UEFA Champions League final in their history.
The French side could face domestic rivals Lyon in the final of the competition, who play Bayern Munich in the other semi-final.
It will be the first time a French side has made the final since Monaco were beaten by Jose Mourinho's Porto 3-0 in the 2003/04 final.
