New signing Anthony Gordon is cup-tied and not eligible to make his debut for Newcastle until they return to Premier League action.
Eddie Howe has confirmed Jonjo Shelvey is in talks over a move to Nottingham Forest, while Matt Targett is expected to miss out with a foot injury.

Jones does have a number of injury problems to deal with, however. Moussa Djenepo had to be hauled off with concussion during the first leg and is expected to sit out the trip to Tyneside, while Armel Bella-Kotchap (knock), Juan Larios (muscle) and Theo Walcott (thigh) are doubts.
Stuart Armstrong (groin) and Tino Livramento (knee) won't return until February.
