Alessandro Florenzi is expected to be sidelined for a few months, but new loan signing Sergino Dest won't be involved just yet. Instead, Davide Calabria should get the nod at right back.

Milan vs Inter score prediction

The Derby della Madonnina never fails to disappoint but with both teams in decent nick, something may have to give here.

Milan are enjoying a terrific 20-game undefeated streak in Serie A, while Inter have won seven of their past eight games. The Nerazzurri also hold the slight edge in the head-to-head stakes.

It may be Simone Inzaghi who triumphs over Pioli here, but it'll be a close run game.

Prediction: Milan 1-2 Inter
