There is a feeling of déjà vu in the Manchester United and Leeds United dressing rooms this weekend. The two sides are facing off in the Premier League just four days after they did so at Old Trafford.

That game ended 2-2 in Manchester after Leeds - who had just sacked Jesse Marsch - went into a two-goal lead.

Wilfried Gnonto scored within the first minute of the game and a Raphael Varane own goal at the start of the second half then made it seem as if Leeds could get a famous win. It wasn't to be though as Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho rescued a point for Erik ten Hag's side.

This time, Ten Hag will be desperate to get all three points as his side did create enough chances to win the game at Old Trafford. What injuries and suspensions will he be competing with this time?

On this edition of TPL, Scott Saunders & Rob Blanchette discuss the Qatari interest in Manchester United, both fixtures versus Leeds United in the Premier League, Man City, Jadon Sancho & more! If you can't see this embed, click here to listen to the podcast!

Man Utd suspension news

Just like on Wednesday night, Casemiro will be suspended for this match against Leeds United. He was shown a straight red card against Crystal Palace last weekend for violent conduct which meant he got an automatic three-match ban.

This is the second game since and given United chose not to appeal the decision, he will have no role to play against Leeds at all this season. He will also miss the match against Crystal Palace but is available for the Europa League game against Barcelona.

Man Utd injury news

There are plenty of injury concerns for Ten Hag at the moment and the most important is the absence of Christian Eriksen. He will be out until the latter stages of the season at best, hence why Marcel Sabitzer started against Leeds on Wednesday.

The midfield situation is a tricky one for Ten Hag because he is without Casemiro and Eriksen, while Donny van de Beek is out injured and Scott McTominay is also not expected to play a role against Leeds. He will likely have no choice but to start with Fred and Sabitzer in a two again unless he opts to play a youngster like Kobbie Mainoo or Zidan Iqbal.

Both Antony and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are doubts for this one as they missed the match on Wednesday, while Anthony Martial has got a new hip problem which means Wout Weghorst could be relied on in attack once again despite having a minimal impact against Leeds.

After his impressive cameo from the bench on Wednesday, Jadon Sancho could be given his first start in a very long time.
