Manchester City will head down to London for the final match of their triumphant Premier League season against Brentford.

Already confirmed as champions, City are now solely focused on the upcoming FA Cup and Champions League finals, and Pep Guardiola will likely select a team with those ambitions in mind.

Here's how he could set up.

GK: Stefan Ortega - Having started the past two games, Ortega looks set for another full 90 here.

RB: Rico Lewis - The youngster fell out of favour at a crunch time but is deservedly back among the squad again now.

CB: Aymeric Laporte - Laporte isn't at 100% but City are really short at centre-back, so they might have to force the Spaniard to play.

CB: Kyle Walker - Indeed, things are so stretched that Walker might have to shift over. Nathan Ake, Ruben Dias, Manuel Akanji and John Stones are all injury doubts and no risks will be taken right now.

LB: Sergio Gomez - We haven't seen a lot of Gomez this season but, if he doesn't play in games like this, then he's never going to play.

DM: Kalvin Phillips - Rodri is so important to the team that there's no chance he'll play here. Expect a rare start for Phillips.

CM: Cole Palmer - Young Shea Charles and Alex Robertson should see some minutes but Palmer is the youngster with the best chance of featuring.

CM: Ilkay Gundogan - Captain Gundogan won't play the full 90 here but his experience may be needed to get things underway.

RW: Riyad Mahrez - City have plenty of options out right so there isn't really a 'weaker' pick here. Expect Mahrez to get the nod.

ST: Julian Alvarez - With Dixie Dean's record now a distant dream for Erling Haaland, expect the Norwegian to be protected and Alvarez to start in his place.

LW: Phil Foden - Foden took a knock in midweek but should be fine to start, particularly as Jack Grealish hasn't been fully fit.
