Liverpool know what they need to do to be in with a shout of lifting the Premier League trophy this campaign, as they host Wolves on the final day of the season.
Only a win will do for the Reds, who find themselves a point behind leaders Manchester City heading into matchday 38. And victory wouldn't exactly be a surprise for Jurgen Klopp's men who have won 14 of their previous 17 outings across all competitions, reaching the Champions League final, winning the FA Cup and avoiding defeat in that period.
Wolves, by comparison, are finishing an encouraging maiden campaign for Bruno Lage in tepid fashion. The Portuguese boss has seen his men go without victory in their last six fixtures, losing four in that time and most recently only mustering a draw against Norwich.

Klopp confirmed on Friday that Mohamed Salah, Fabinho and Virgil van Dijk are all looking good to feature on Sunday, although the trio's inclusion is not '100%' certain.
Elsewhere, the Reds boss reported that Joe Gomez's ankle injury turned out to be just a knock (nothing more serious, thankfully) in his side's 2-1 win at Southampton last time out, although won't be able to make the squad this weekend.
Wolves team news
Bruno Lage will once again be without central defenders Max Kilman and Romain Saiss for this one, while Nelson Semedo also remains sidelined through injury.
Daniel Podence returned from his own lay-off to make a substitute appearance last time out and could push for a start here, while skipper Conor Coady is expected to start despite being hooked at half-time in that 1-1 draw with Norwich.

Klopp and his players may have a Champions League final to look forward to but they'll undoubtedly have a sole focus this weekend.
With a view of capitalising on any possible slip-up Steven Gerrard forces from Manchester City, Liverpool simply must come away from this fixture with a win. And, given their recent form and immovable 'mentality monsters', anything but a positive result would be surprising.
