GK: Alisson - Should probably have done better with the opening goal in Wednesday's 2-1 win at West Ham.

RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - Enjoying life in his new inverted role, not least because Jordan Henderson has to pick up more of the defensive slack.

CB: Joel Matip - Grabbed the winner at London Stadium and should keep his place in Liverpool's despite Ibrahima Konate's return to fitness.

CB: Virgil van Dijk - Put in a solid performance at West Ham but will have his work cut out trying to keep Harry Kane and Son Heung-min quiet.

LB: Andy Robertson - Only Kevin De Bruyne, Bukayo Saka and Leandro Trossard have recorded more Premier League assists than the Scot this season.

DM: Fabinho - Has looked less of a liability in recent weeks after playing like a man on the verge of retirement for much of the season.

CM: Jordan Henderson - Tires quickly nowadays because of the extra work covering Alexander-Arnold, but a willing runner nonetheless.

CM: Curtis Jones - Has started five successive Premier League games for the first time in his career.

RW: Mohamed Salah - Quietly racked up 16 Premier League goals this season, and somehow none from the penalty spot.

CF: Cody Gakpo - Finally found his feet as Klopp's starting centre forward with six Premier League goals to his name since signing in January.

LW: Diogo Jota - Should be fit to start again after picking up a knock on Wednesday.
