Liverpool's Carabao Cup semi-final tie with Fulham is very much in the balance as we approach the second leg at Craven Cottage.

A second-half turnaround at Anfield means the Reds hold a 2-1 lead heading into Wednesday's game.

Having won the competition in 2022, Jurgen Klopp is aiming to progress into the final for the third time since taking over. Fulham, meanwhile, have never featured in a League Cup final.

While Klopp has no fresh injury concerns to contend with, he's still without a litany of stars. Here's how Liverpool could line up on Wednesday.

GK: Caoimhin Kelleher - The Irishman has been linked with a move to Celtic this month, but such rumours shouldn't prevent Kelleher from keeping his place in Liverpool's Carabao Cup XI.

RB: Conor Bradley - The youngster has been excellent in Trent Alexander-Arnold's absence and he'll continue in the team on Wednesday.

CB: Ibrahima Konate - The Great Wall of Konate was at it again on Sunday during Liverpool's 4-0 victory. The Frenchman is enjoying a superb season.

CB: Virgil van Dijk - A rare Van Dijk mishap allowed Fulham to take the lead in the first leg. Klopp could call upon Jarell Quansah, but he'll likely continue with the Dutchman given the significance of this fixture.

LB: Joe Gomez - Gomez has put together a fine run of games in an unfamiliar role. Klopp should have his two left-backs available next month.

CM: Alexis Mac Allister - Mac Allister was superb at the Vitality and it looks as if the Argentine is growing into the number 6 role.

CM: Ryan Gravenberch - If Klopp is to make a couple of changes, they'll arrive in midfield. Gravenberch featured off the bench on Sunday but he was included in the lineup for the first leg. He could come back into the team on Wednesday.

CM: Curtis Jones - Jones is emerging as a protagonist for the Reds and is a sure bet to start the second leg after scoring at Anfield two weeks ago.

RW: Luis Diaz - The Colombian has so far fared pretty well down the right in the absence of Mohamed Salah. Klopp will likely favour Diaz's in-behind threat over Harvey Elliott's between-the-lines control.

ST: Cody Gakpo - Gakpo's smart finish is currently the difference between the two sides and, although Darwin Nunez scored a brace on Sunday, the Dutchman could get the nod up top.

LW: Diogo Jota - The sharpshooter was at it again on Sunday as Jota struck twice in Liverpool's emphatic win. He'll surely be given the chance to build on that display.
