Leeds and Aston Villa meet in the Premier League this week for a game that was originally scheduled for 28 December, but was was one of many fixtures that had to be postponed at the height of the Omicron variant crisis.

Villa, on the other hand, come into this one off the back of success Premier League wins against Brighton and Southampton, having scored six times in the process without conceding.

It is a first home game for Marsch at Elland Road since being appointed at the end of last month, but you have to think that Villa come into this one as favourites.

Philippe Coutinho was on fire in their win over Southampton last time out, and if Leeds are still missing key players through the spine of their team, the Brazilian could have a field day feeding his teammates further up the pitch.

Prediction: Leeds 0-2 Aston Villa
