Leeds face the unenviable task of travelling to face Premier League leaders Manchester City on Tuesday night - one made even more daunting by a raft of injuries to key players.

Despite the absence of the likes of Patrick Bamford, Kalvin Phillips and Liam Cooper, Leeds put in a typically spirited performance at Chelsea on Saturday and were unfortunate to leave Stamford Bridge empty-handed following Jorginho's late winning penalty.

With those aforementioned names and others still sidelined, Bielsa can but hope for similar at the Etihad. History is on his side at least, with the Argentine unbeaten against Guardiola in the Premier League so far.

Here's the lineup he might call upon to continue that streak...

Leeds predicted lineup vs Man City - Premier League

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Luke Ayling

Ilan Meslier (GK) - The Frenchman continues to show maturity beyond his years and is certain to start here.

Stuart Dallas (RB) - Dallas will likely start on the right side of defence with so many others absent.

Luke Ayling (CB) - Only just back from his own injury, Ayling will continue to deputise at centre-back to cover for other absentees.

Diego Llorente (CB) - An actual centre-back who will start in his natural position.

Junior Firpo (LB) - Yet to really demonstrate why Barcelona shelled out for him once upon a time.

2. Midfielders

Adam Forshaw (CM) - Forshaw's injury return and form have been a welcome boost. Bielsa will probably have to call on him again here.

Mateusz Klich (CM) - Costly mistake gifted Chelsea their winning penalty on Saturday. They'll need him for his experience here though.

Tyler Roberts (AM) - Impressed against Chelsea, getting an assist, so should continue in the team.

3. Forwards

Raphinha (RW) - Substituted fairly early with what looked like a knock at Stamford Bridge, but if he's fit he'll start here.

Joe Gelhardt (ST) - He's earned a start here after scoring with his first touch off the bench against Chelsea. Really exciting, technically gifted young player.

Jack Harrison (LW) - Finally Harrison will get to face his now former club having been on loan from City until the summer.
