Leeds welcome Burnley to Elland Road on Sunday as they look to put distance between themselves and the relegation zone in the Premier League.

Marcelo Bielsa's side have not been in action since their 4-1 home defeat to Arsenal earlier this month after festive fixtures against Liverpool and Aston Villa were postponed due to Covid-19.

Victory this weekend would go some way to allaying fears of a return to the Championship for the Yorkshire side, although they haven't tasted victory since November.

Here's how Bielsa could line his side up.

Leeds predicted lineup vs Burnley - Premier League

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Illan Meslier (GK) - An ever-present for Bielsa this season amid the disruption in the outfield positions.

Luke Ayling (RB) - The return of Diego Llorente should allow the former Arsenal man to return to his marauding full back role.

Robin Koch (CB) - Strong in the tackle and he will hope for greater protection from the players in front of him this weekend.

Diego Llorente (CB) - Absent for the defeat against Arsenal last time out due to illness.

Junior Firpo (LB) - Endured a shaky start to life in the Premier League and missed out against Arsenal through suspension.

2. Midfielders

Adam Forshaw (CM) - A classy operator, capable of dictating play from the middle of the pitch.

Stuart Dallas (CM) - Has played in just about every position for Bielsa this season.

Tyler Roberts (AM) - Athletic and can drive through pressure, but he needs to start producing in the final third.

3. Forwards

Raphinha (RW) - Leeds' talisman and their biggest hope of escaping relegation this season.

Joe Gelhardt (ST) - A real bright spark this season and he should retain his place as the focal point of the Leeds attack with Patrick Bamford doubtful to participate.

Jack Harrison (LW) - His form has dropped off a cliff this season after an impressive debut Premier League campaign last year.
