While Leyton Orient and Stevenage have already secured automatic promotion up to League One, the final spot is up for grabs between Northampton and Stockport. Northampton's buffer is two points heading into the final day, but Stockport's superior goal difference means they can ill-afford any slip-ups when they face Tranmere.

Four teams are vying for the three remaining play-off spots, with Carlisle, Salford and Bradford all sitting on 75 points, while Mansfield have accumulated 72.

For Mansfield to make the play-offs, they must beat Colchester on the final day and hope either Bradford or Salford lose by a comfortable margin. Mansfield's goal difference is currently four inferior to the two aforementioned sides, and eight to Carlisle, who have all but secured a play-off berth.

Crawley's four-game unbeaten run arrived at a crucial time, and their recent form saw them steer clear of the drop zone.
