Kylian Mbappe calls on PSG fans to back players

Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe has urged fans to 'back the side' ahead of the club's Le Classique clash with Marseille this weekend.
Messi and Neymar were booed by PSG fans during a Ligue 1 clash against Bordeaux last month, with the supporters clearly were unhappy with their performances following their elimination at the hands of Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League round of 16.
While a number of players have come in for criticism, Messi and Neymar have been singled out for jeers due to them being two of the highest paid players in world football.
Speaking to Canal+ ahead of Le Classique, Mbappe has called on fans to show support for his teammates this weekend.
“We would love the supporters to be with us. We understand their disappointment. If they’re with us it would be amazing, if not, we’ll do our job anyway.
The 23-year-old has established himself as arguably the best footballer in the world this season, netting 31 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions thus far.
Mauricio Pochettino's side host Marseille in the Ligue 1 on Sunday, looking to all but wrap up the title at the Parc des Princes.
