Serie A returns this weekend, and it does so with the game of the season so far as Max Allegri's Juventus take on Jose Mourinho's AS Roma.
Both sides have enjoyed topsy-turvy starts to the current campaign. Juve were horrific in the first few weeks of the season, before winning their last four games on the bounce - beating Torino and Chelsea in that period. Roma, on the other hand, have won five of their first seven league games, but did lose the derby to Lazio at the end of September.
With Juve looking to make it five wins on the bounce, here's how they could line up on Sunday.
Juventus predicted lineup vs AS Roma - Serie A
1. Goalkeeper & defenders
Wojciech Szczesny (GK) - He's nowhere near the goalkeeper he was just 12 months ago, weirdly, but he's still the best Juve have.
Mattia De Sciglio (RB) - Amazingly still at the club. De Sciglio will start because of Alex Sandro's international commitments.
Leonardo Bonucci (CB) - The Ballon d'Or nominee has blown very hot and cold so far the season. The hot was the brilliant performance against Chelsea, the cold was every other game...
Giorgio Chiellini (CB) - He's still the best centre back Juventus have on the books. It may be harsh to drop Matthijs de Ligt for two consecutive games, but Chiellini is better than him so you have to.
Danilo (LB) - Will likely move over to left this weekend as Sandro played 90 minutes for Brazil on Thursday night.
Juan Cuadrado (RM) - Gazzetta have tipped Cuadrado to start despite his international commitments. He really is that important to this team.
Manuel Locatelli (CM) - Juve's first really, actually, genuinely, good midfielder since Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal, Claudio Marchisio and Paul Pogba left. A sure-fire starter.
Rodrigo Bentancur (CM) - Has bounced back from his disastrous 2020/21 campaign well. Without Adrien Rabiot dragging him down to his level, he might have a good game this weekend.
Federico Bernardeschi (LM) - He still can't score a goal to save his life, but he's become a pretty decent option for Allegri this season - mainly because he can play anywhere in the attack
Federico Chiesa (ST) - The best player at the club. The best player in Italy. It's absolutely insane that Phil Foden was nominated for the Ballon d'Or and Chiesa wasn't.
Moise Kean (ST) - Has been in and out of the side since his summer return. Will get another chance to impress against Roma while Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata get back to full fitness.
