Juventus are still searching for their first Serie A victory of the season and they will be desperate to end that winless run against Spezia on Wednesday.

Juve did the double over their opponents last season and new manager Thiago Motta is tasked with avoiding further heartache this time around.

With his side badly out of form, Max Allegri might be tempted to shuffle his pack for the match. Here is the starting XI he is most likely to put out.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Wojciech Szczesny (GK) - Szczesny has not made the best start to the season, making a howler against Napoli that cost his side the game. However, with such little competition for his place, he will continue in goal.

Danilo (RB) -
The ever-reliable Brazilian was a big miss when he was returning from international duty and he questioned his side's mentality after the Milan draw.

Matthijs de Ligt (CB) -
Left out last time out around, De Ligt should come in for Giorgio Chiellini this time around as Juve look to keep the veteran fighting fit.

Leonardo Bonucci (CB) -
Bonucci has slightly more left in the tank than Chiellini so should be fine to start two games in four days.

Alex Sandro (LB) -
Another one who represented Brazil recently, he will be Juve's starting left-back for the majority of this season - injuries permitting.

2. Midfielders

Federico Chiesa (RM) - After missing a couple of games with a muscle complaint, Chiesa returned to the side against Milan as a second-half substitute. He should feature from the outset in this one.

Rodrigo Bentancur (CM) -
Although Aaron Ramsey and Weston McKennie are pushing for starts, Allegri seems to trust Bentancur so he should continue in midfield.

Manuel Locatelli (CM) -
A summer arrival from Sassuolo, Locatelli seems to have established himself as a first-team regular in recent weeks. His tidy but progressive midfield play could be vital.

Federico Bernardeschi (LM) -
Bernardeschi is back from an injury layoff and after only making the bench last time around, he might be handed a place in the starting XI.

3. Forwards

Paulo Dybala

Alvaro Morata (ST) - Morata managed two goals against Spezia last season and also netted in his previous outing against Milan. This bodes well for his chances of finding the back of the net on Wednesday.

Paulo Dybala (ST) -
Dybala is his side's main man going forward these days and he needs to start winning them some games. Particularly as the likes of Moise Kean and Dejan Kulusevski are waiting in the wings.
