Simone Inzaghi's side can boast a nearly full bill of health ahead of the derby.

The only two players set to be unavailable are Joaquin Correa, who is set for a few weeks out due to a hamstring injury, and new signing Robin Gosens, who has been out injured since September.

Stefano Pioli isn't quite as lucky on the injury front, as AC Milan are without their two first-choice central defenders this weekend.

Simon Kjaer's ACL injury looks set to keep him on the sidelines until next season, while Fikayo Tomori's meniscus injury will see him miss at least another two games.

Milan derby score prediction

A general prediction for the game is that it's going to be a brilliant watch.

Both sides have quality throughout their ranks and any one of Hakan Çalhanoğlu, Lautaro Martinez, Sandro Tonali, Franck Kessie or Nicolo Barella can go and win this game on their own.

We'd guess that it will, more than likely, be an Inter player who does just that.

The absence of Milan's two first-choice centre-backs is huge - expect Inter to exploit that and take all three points.

Prediction: Inter 2-1 AC Milan
