Inter Miami fixtures: Next six games compared to D.C. United, Revolution and Austin

Nothing seems to be working out for Inter Miami CF this season. A 1–0 drop to the New York Red Bulls at the DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale was the final nail in gaffer Phil Neville's coffin and the losses just keep on coming.

Miami's Leonardo Campana failed to capitalize on an early penalty conceded that Carlos Miguel comfortably saved low to his left. Second half sub Tom Barlow put the Bulls ahead minutes after coming in with an astute tap into Drake Callender's net after Luquinhas hit the woodwork after a solo run.

The Herons have dropped five of their last six - the sole win coming in a US Open Cup round of 16 match against Nashville on May 23 - and Neville paid for the poor form with his job. Assistant Javier Morales has stepped in for now, losing his first game in charge 2-1 to D.C. United.

Inter Miami's next six fixtures

A US Open Cup quarter final against Birmingham should be the easiest fixture to start a string of away games, but the way things have been going...maybe not so much?

Their trip into Alabama will be very telling of what lies ahead seeing that things are going to get very, very complicated immediately afterwards.

D.C. United's next six fixtures

D.C. United is looking at a tough stretch of matches as well, with stiff competition coming in the form of Atlanta United, Real Salt Lake, FC Cincinnati, Nashville SC, and FC Dallas.

Only Salt Lake has a worse record than the Black and Red but they've been showing sparks of their former selves of late.

New England Revolution's next six fixtures

The Revs have been tripping up a lot lately, conceding 11 goals while scoring seven in their last five matches.

They're looking at an Eastern Conference table battle royale with Orlando City, Toronto FC, FC Cincinnati, the NY Red Bulls and Atlanta all looking to take much-needed points in these matches.

Philadelphia Union's next six fixtures

Philly's been on a positive tear since May 6 and they'll be looking to stay in form and grow as they chase valuable points on the Eastern Conference table.

Currently a point behind Nashville's second spot with 30 and nine away from leader Cincy, the Union can't afford to teeter-totter against the San Jose Earthquakes, Orlando City, Atlanta United or the LA Galaxy before they face Nashville.

Austin FC's next six fixtures

Austin FC is sitting pretty midway on the Western Conference table but they'll have to bounce back against Sporting KC after losing to Real Salt Lake.

They also need to successfully navigate a back-to-back stand against state rivals FC Dallas and the Houston Dynamo.

Columbus Crew's next six fixtures

The Crew's in the upper echelons of the Eastern Conference's midsection and that gives head coach Wilfried Nancy plenty of room to improve but with a bit of pressure.

A recent victory took them three points clear of opponents Charlotte FC, ahead of the likes of Atlanta United, D.C. United and Orland City.
