Defeat to Portugal in their first Euro 2020 game was a tough one to take for Hungary, and they are up against it now as their hopes of surviving Group F hang by a thread.

They need four points from their final two games to avoid leaving anything to chance, and that's not an enviable task in the slightest, with the last two world champions lying in wait.

But Marco Rossi's team were always going to upset the odds somewhere if they were going to make it out of the group of death, so it may as well be France, right? Here, 90min's predicts the lineup that will give Hungary the best chance of causing a huge upset.

Hungary predicted lineup vs France - Euro 2020

1. Goalkeeper & Defenders

Peter Gulacsi (GK) - One of the first names on the Hungary team-sheet, the Leipzig goalkeeper will have plenty to do if he's to keep the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Karim Benzema and Antoine Griezmann at bay.

Endre Botka (CB) - Arguably the most impressive of the back three against Portugal. Will fight it out with Akos Kecskes for a starting spot but has done little to lose his place in the team.

Willi Orban (CB) - In the Hungary team to win challenges and kick the ball into touch and he usually does it pretty well. The organiser at the heart of the side.

Attila Szalai (CB) - No relation to the man at the other end of the pitch and not quite as important either - but he's getting there.

2. Wing-backs & Midfielders

Gergo Lovrencsics (RWB) - Commentator's nightmare, this guy. Ger-ghu Lovren-chich.

Loic Nego (CM) - Hungary could do with some creativity from midfield and Nego provided something off the bench against Portugal. He's also in a lot of people's fantasy football teams, for some reason.

Adam Nagy (CM) - The Bristol City man is line for his 50th cap and has become an integral part of Rossi's side.

Laszlo Kleinheisler (CM) - Not the sexiest player in the Hungary side but Kleinheisler is a dependable footsoldier who does his midfield job dilligently. Will likely be tasked with getting after Paul Pogba and cutting off the supply at its source.

Attila Fiola (LWB) - Usually a right-back at club level but seems to have made the left-back spot his own for his country.

3. Forwards

Roland Sallai (CF) - Comes in off the back of a productive season with Freiburg and had netted twice in his last two games before the Portugal clash. Will be looking to rediscover his scoring touch here.

Adam Szalai (CF) - A central part of the Euro 2020 big man up front revival, and he has great hair too. The captain has 23 goals in 72 caps and his physicality is a critical outlet for his side - even if he can't actually run.
