It's been a tough period for Cristiano Ronaldo lovers, 'stans', or however they want to be described.

The perennial Champions League winner and immensely clutch performer had long been thrust alongside Lionel Messi in the dreary GOAT debates, but 2022 saw Ronaldo's prestige in such a debate take a major hit.

Messi naysayers pointed to the little genius' inability to triumph on the grandest international stage as to why he couldn't be compared to the titans of yesteryear, while those who found themselves on Ronaldo's side of the debate made a habit of bringing up their GOAT's capacity to produce in various leagues across Europe.

But now, at the start of a new year, Messi is a World Cup champion having completed his ultimate fairytale, while Ronaldo, having been thrust to the backbenches by Erik ten Hag at Manchester United, is earning more in a minute than some of us do in a year at Al Nassr.

The Middle East is Ronaldo's next port of call after he joined the Saudi Arabian club after the World Cup, and his avid supporters will be desperate to see him in action as his career winds down. So, here's how you can watch Al Nassr's remaining games of the 2022/23 season.

Has Cristiano Ronaldo played for Al Nassr yet?

After captaining the Saudi Pro League All-Star XI against Messi's Paris Saint-Germain last week, Ronaldo was eager to get up and running with his new club.

However, he had to wait a while to make his debut as he served a two-game suspension for smashing an Everton fan's phone out of his hand at Goodison Park last year. Thus, Ronaldo didn't make his first appearance for Al Nassr until January 22 as the league leaders took on Al Ettifaq.

The 37-year-old started and played the full 90 minutes but failed to score in his side's 1-0 victory.
