Real Madrid produced another stunning Champions League comeback to reach this season's final, beating Manchester City 6-5 on aggregate.

Los Blancos won 3-1 after extra-time on Wednesday, but looked to be crashing out after Riyad Mahrez extended City's lead to two goals late on.

But a stoppage-time brace from Rodyrgo sent the match beyond the allotted 90 minutes, and after Ruben Dias committed a crazy challenge in his own box, Karim Benzema stepped up to fire Real Madrid to the final in Paris.

Their players swiftly took to social media to celebrate such a historic night in the club's steeped history.

Let's start with the man of the moment, Rodrygo, who thanked God (literally) for his hand in the comeback.

Ballon d'Or frontrunner Karim Benzema scored the decisive penalty in extra-time and is looking forward to playing the final in his home country.

The message from goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was: "Don't try to explain it because there are no words, just live that feeling and enjoy it."

Star midfielder Luka Modric was confounded by the comeback, commenting "but what is this?"

His partner in crime Toni Kroos, who was shocking across the two legs, had a much simpler message...

Kroos later took to Instagram to post a picture celebrating his team, who he described as a 'f**king joke'.

Ferland Mendy's goal-line clearance to deny Jack Grealish City's second proved to be decisive, with his comments section flooded with praise for that contribution alone.

Marco Asensio's Instagram picture perfectly summarised Real Madrid's elation and City's dejection.

And for those wondering, Gareth Bale has not yet posted any congratulations to his teammates, though has put Real Madrid's final score graphic on his Instagram story. What a bloke.
