Real Madrid will head to Andalusia on Monday night with the chance to all-but wrap up the Spanish title with a win.

Friday night's win over Alaves means that Los Blancos are just two victories away from securing their first league title since 2016/17. Zinedine Zidane's side sit one point clear atop the league rankings, and a win over El Grana could extend the gap between second-placed Barcelona to four – effectively five, given that the hold the head-to-head advantage.

Their opponents have objectives of their own to play for though – Diego Martinez's newly promoted side sit in ninth place, just three points off the top six ahead of Sunday's fixtures.

Team News

For the hosts, Maxime Gonalons, Alex Martinez, Quini and Neyder Lozano are still out injured and will not feature. Winger Alvaro Vadillo is recovering from a stomach problem, and could be fit in time for Monday's clash.

Madrid are able to recall Sergio Ramos and Dani Carvajal for Monday night's meeting, the pair missed Friday's win over Alaves through suspension. Fellow defenders Marcelo and Nacho remain injured though, but Eden Hazard featured from the bench against Alaves and the former Chelsea man is believed to have overcome an ankle problem.

As sprightly as Granada's form has been of late, it's hard to see them do anything but surrender the points against the juggernaut in white. Real are looking hungrier than ever in their hunt for silverware; expect them to make it nine wins in a row on Monday night.
