Glazer family yet to acknowledge Sir Jim Ratcliffe's interest in buying Man Utd
The Glazer family are still yet to acknowledge Sir Jim Ratcliffe's interest in purchasing Manchester United.
Ratcliffe, who is worth a reported £9.8bn, suggested recently that he is keen to take the club off of the Glazer's hands as fan pressure mounts against the American owners.
However, a report from ESPN says the British billionare has heard nothing from the Glazer family since he announced his intention earlier this month.
United's 2-1 victory over Liverpool in the Premier League on Monday evening was played to a constant backdrop of anti-Glazer chants from the Old Trafford crowd and a protest outside prior to kick-off.
Meanwhile, their meeting with the same opposition at the end of the 2020/21 campaign was postponed after fans broke onto the pitch at Old Trafford before kick-off to protest against the Glazer family.

The report also suggests that the Glazer family are seeking investment to help fund the redevelopment of Old Trafford, although there has been no indication that they are willing to relinquish full control of the club.
Ratcliffe failed in his bid to purchase Chelsea earlier this year, with a spokeperson for the British businessman recently telling The Times: "If the club is for sale, Jim is definitely a potential buyer.
"If something like this was possible, we would be interested in talking with a view to long-term ownership.
"This is not about the money that has been spent or not spent. Jim is looking at what can be done now and, knowing how important the club is to the city, it feels like the time is right for a reset."
