After the lowest scoring gameweek of the season so far, the FPL transfer market has been particularly active this week.

Some highly-owned players have been dropped en masse. However, a number of FPL assets still boast solid underlying numbers and kind upcoming fixtures, so who should we be holding onto?

Here are the top selections in conjunction with Fantasy Football Hub's powerfulAI Points Predictions tool to show their predicted points for FPL Gameweek 5.

Bruno Fernandes vs Burnley (A) - 5.6 Predicted Points

Bruno Fernandes has underperformed to start the season but it's not just him who's been at fault at Manchester United. The Red Devils captain ranks second for key passes with 16, with five of those being big chances, but his team-mates have failed to convert with just one assist.

Fernandes has plenty of routes to points given his set-piece involvement which includes penalties and has also had 15 shots on goal himself, including three big chances. With Burnley away up next, the Portugal international is worth holding onto.

Marcus Rashford vs Burnley (A) - 5.5 Predicted Points

Marcus Rashford had a lively game against Brighton last time out and did everything but score, with nine shots on goal. Only Erling Haaland has had more shots on goal this season and Rashford has chalked up three attacking returns in three matches since moving out wide.

The introduction of Rasmus Hojlund should deliver more attacking returns for Rashford over time as the two forwards begin to link up. Opponents Burnley haven't kept a clean sheet so far this season, conceding 12 goals in four games.

Pervis Estupinan vs Bournemouth (H) - 4.8 Predicted Points

Pervis Estupinan was a surprise omission in Gameweek 5 after a busy international break, but he's expected to come straight back in for a plum home tie against Bournemouth and is the top defender for predicted points this weekend.

Estupinan is the most attacking defender in the game right now, sitting top for key passes with 12 and expected goal involvements with 2.5 and opponents Bournemouth concede 25% of their chances from the left flank.
