With the FIFA 23 player ratings starting to leak, fans from across the globe can start building their dream Ultimate Teams.

However, they can also get a glimpse at the top players on the game, answering questions like the age-old Messi vs Ronaldo debate or which of Karim Benzema or Robert Lewandowski is better.

Here are the top 50 players from the leaked FIFA 23 ratings.

The top 50 players in FIFA 23 ultimate team

91 is the highest overall in this year's game and that honour is shared by Kylian Mbappe, Karim Benzema, Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski and Kevin De Bruyne. No Ballon d'Or predictions from these ratings.

Cristiano Ronaldo comes in one behind his old foe at 90, alongside Mohamed Salah, Manuel Neuer, Virgil van Dijk and Thibaut Courtois.

At 89 sit Ederson, Casemiro, N'Golo Kante, Son Heung-min, Sadio Mane, Joshua Kimmich, Harry Kane, Jan Oblak, Neymar and Alisson.

You've got to be at least 86 overall to make it into this year's top 50, leaving a handful of top names out in the cold.
