Every Premier League fixture will continue to be shown on live TV in the UK until government guidelines dictate that fans can return to stadiums.

Top-flight football in England has been played behind closed doors since the game returned in June following the UK's first lockdown. A handful of Premier League clubs were able to host up to 2,000 fans in December, but all matches have been played in empty stadiums following the introduction of tougher lockdown measures in January.

Since football first moved behind closed doors in June, all matches have been available to watch live via Amazon Prime, BT Sport and Sky Sports subscription packages, in addition to a selection of live Premier League matches available to air for free on the BBC for the first time.

Pay-per-view was brought in briefly in October, with fans charged £14.95 to watch certain games. However, this was scrapped within a month due to the scheme's mass unpopularity.

"The Premier League today confirmed all fixtures for the 2020/21 season will continue to be made available to fans to watch live in the UK," a statement from the Premier League read. "This arrangement will be extended until Government guidance permits supporters to return to stadiums.

"All matches will be shown via existing broadcast partners Sky Sports, BT Sport, Amazon Prime Video and BBC, who continue to work with us to deliver these additional matches while stadiums are missing the supporters who are such an integral part of the game.

"Details of broadcast selections for March and the rearrangement of previously postponed matches will be announced in due course.

"The Premier League and its clubs remain committed to an accessible solution for fans. The UK live broadcast arrangements will be reviewed in consultation with clubs and in line with any decisions made by Government regarding the return of spectators to stadiums."
