England host Italy at Molineux on Saturday evening in what is the Three Lions' third game of their 2022/23 UEFA Nations League campaign.

The contest is a repeat of the Euro 2020 final which Gli Azzurri won on penalties and Gareth Southgate's side will be desperate to get revenge. A victory is also needed as they have just one point from their first two Nations League games. Italy, meanwhile, have four.

The game was initially scheduled to be played behind closed doors due to the crowd disorder that plagued last summer's showpiece event at Wembley.

However, as was the case when England played Hungary last week, a UEFA-sanctioned loophole means the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers will be filled to the brim with schoolchildren and their parents/guardians.

Here is everything you need to know about the match...

Federico Chiesa and Marco Verratti are not in the squad due to injury.

England vs Italy score prediction

England have yet to get themselves into top gear in this season's Nations League and a win is paramount here if they want to reach the finals.

Fortunately, Italy are not looking great themselves with the absences of Verratti and Chiesa hitting them hard.

Although Gli Azzurri will not make it easy for the Three Lions on Saturday, we are backing England to secure their first victory of the campaign in Wolverhampton.

Prediction: England 2-1 Italy
