Fans of Ultimate Team know there are only really five playable leagues in FIFA: the Premier League, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1.

However, that is set to change this year with EA Sports FC 24 - the successor to the FIFA franchise.

Suddenly, the Saudi Pro League has become a big-hitter in Ultimate Team following the division's extraordinary spending spree, offering an alternative to the traditional big five European leagues.

Your team may not be the quickest, which could be a big problem if EA Sports FC plays the same as FIFA, but it can certainly be stacked with some of the world's biggest stars.

Here are the top Saudi Pro League ratings for EA Sports FC 24.

A number of global football superstars have left Europe for the riches of Saudi Arabia but the two headline acts - certainly in EA Sports FC 24 - are Karim Benzema and Neymar.

2022 Ballon d'Or winner Benzema is the top dog with 90, boasting impressive stats for shooting, passing and dribbling. Neymar is only one point behind despite missing much of last season due to injury.

The ratings take more of a sharp decline after the first two spots in comparison to European leagues like the Premier League or La Liga. Five players share 86, one of them being Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portugal legend's switch from Manchester United to Al Nassr has resulted in a rating drop of four. It's his lowest ever base rating in Ultimate Team and a brilliant year would be required for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner to get anywhere near his dizzying FIFA 17 heyday.

The remaining stars also sat on 86 are Riyad Mahrez, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Sadio Mane and N'Golo Kante, all of whom made Saudi Arabia their new home during the summer transfer window. Aside from Ronaldo, Al Nassr teammate Anderson Talisca is the highest rated player who resided in the country prior to the window just passed.

Jordan Henderson and David Ospina make the top 24 but have been shunned with regular cards as opposed to the rares on display elsewhere.

Mane and Allan Saint-Maximin are the clear options for EA FC players keen to make their team as quick as possible. Defender Roger Ibanez also has a pace rating of 85 and will be a popular option.
