Manchester United fans can still get a glimpse of Cristiano Ronaldo in the famous red kit in 2023 by looking at the club's official calendar, with the free agent striker taking pride of place for January.

Ronaldo was under contract at United until the end of the season but agreed a mutual termination of his deal late last month following his famous interview with Piers Morgan, in which he admitted he lacked respect for Erik ten Hag.

He had been expected to be sold in January but the decision was made to part ways earlier than expected... but not before the photoshoot for the 2023 calendar.

Ronaldo may not feature on the cover, but fans can just turn the calendar to January to see the Portugal striker in all his United glory.

Whether he was moved to January following his exit is unclear, but United did not have the time to re-do the photos for the calendar and have instead been forced to persist with a player who is not even at the club anymore.

United are in the process of trying to offload their remaining Ronaldo merchandise, offering massive discounts on items with his name and image.

As for Ronaldo himself, 90min understands he has been offered a mammoth contract by Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr, but his preference is to remain in Europe.
