Chelsea could set a new club WSL attendance record on Sunday when they face Tottenham at Stamford Bridge.

Tickets for Sunday's clash have sold out, with the game on course to eclipse the figure of 24,564 in attendance the last time Chelsea played a WSL fixture at Stamford Bridge back in September 2019.

Tottenham were again the opponents on that occasion - the opening day of the season off the back of a successful 2019 World Cup for England - with a stunning Bethany England goal settling it.

But the biggest news for the Blues comes in the dugout, where Emma Hayes will return for the first time since her six-week break from football following an emergency hysterectomy.

Tottenham team news

Kyah Simon and Ellie Brazil remain long term absentees for Tottenham, both sidelined with ACL tears.

Chelsea vs Tottenham score prediction

Tottenham came so close to taking points off Chelsea in both of their WSL meetings last term, suffering narrow defeats home and away in the space of just four days in April.

The Blues have been flawless in the WSL this term since their surprise opening day defeat to Liverpool, and having gotten the better of Manchester United last time out, they should be able to do the same against Spurs on Sunday.

Prediction: Chelsea 3-0 Tottenham
