Chelsea's clash with Manchester City is the headline clash in the WSL this weekend.

The reigning champions only recently played their first match of 2022 after a string of Covid-19 postponements but have made up for lost time after two wins in quick succession in the league and Continental Cup since the start of last week.

City, who have improved considerably since being torn apart by Chelsea in the reverse fixture in November, were also in action in the Conti Cup and will soon contest the final against Emma Hayes' side. They have, however, had one less day to recover than this weekend's opponent.

This is everything you need to know about the game this weekend...

Chelsea vs Man City score prediction

This won't be a repeat of the 4-0 annihilation when Chelsea thrashed Manchester City at the Academy Stadium earlier this season.

City have welcomed a number of players back to fitness since then. And even though Steph Houghton won't feature and is a big miss, it will be a much more even contest.

Chelsea, despite recent wins, aren't in the best rhythm after playing so little football since before Christmas and aren't at full strength themselves.

Prediction: Chelsea 2-2 Man City
