Thomas Tuchel takes his Chelsea side to face West Ham in the Premier League as he looks to consolidate the Blues' position at the top of the table.

The German admitted Chelsea were "lucky" to escape with three points against Watford in midweek after Hakim Ziyech struck late in the second half.

His side will need to show more conviction this time around against a West Ham side with a formidable home record this season under David Moyes.

Here's how the Blues could line up.

Chelsea predicted lineup vs West Ham - Premier League

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Edouard Mendy (GK) - Perhaps the best goalkeeper in the world currently.

Andreas Christensen (CB) - The Dane will likely continue at the back following an injury to Trevoh Chalobah.

Thiago Silva (CB) - The experienced head at the heart of the Chelsea backline, offering support and wisdom to his colleagues.

Antonio Rudiger (CB) - A warrior in the Blues' backline, endearing himself to the fans with his powerful runs from deep.

2. Wing-backs & midfielders

Cesar Azplicueta (RWB) - Reece James missed the midweek win over Watford and he could be unavailable for this weekend.

Jorginho (CM) - Ranked highly in the Ballon d'Or nominations after his impressive achievements this year. Missed out in midweek but should return.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek (CM) - Injuries to N'Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic have opened the door for the Englishman in the team, although he must improve on his display on Wednesday.

Marcos Alonso (LWB) - A big chance for the Spaniard to cement his place in the side with Ben Chilwell out for the foreseeable future.

3. Forwards

Mason Mount (RW) - Netted in the midweek win over Watford, arriving in a good position inside the penalty box, and provided a fine assist for the second.

Romelu Lukaku (ST) - Back from injury and Tuchel will hope he is quickly back among the goals.

Callum Hudson-Odoi (LW) - An effective threat from the left-hand side with his slaloming dribbles. Given a rest in midweek so should be fresh here.
