Table-toppers Celtic host Ross County in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.

Ange Postecoglou's side have played in some stage of Europe's trio of club competitions this season - and exited all three. However, the Hoops can still complete a domestic treble, sitting top of the division with the League Cup already won and a place in the Scottish Cup semi-final secured on Monday.

Here's the XI Postecoglou may deploy to, however briefly, extend their lead at the table's summit to six points.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Joe Hart

Joe Hart (GK) - The squad's oldest member could add to the pair of Premier League titles he secured south of the border with Manchester City.

Anthony Ralston (RB) - Celtic's leading assist provider this term will be remembered by his upcoming opponents for a goal he scored in the reverse fixture, stealing three points with a 97th-minute winner in Dingwall.

Cameron Carter-Vickers (CB) - The US international is - incredibly - in the midst of a seventh different loan spell in the last five seasons. Already this term he's played more league minutes than in any of his previous postings.

Carl Starfelt (CB) - In his debut season at the club, the Sweden international has started the most league games of any outfield Celtic player.

Greg Taylor (LB) - The Greenock-born full-back was Celtic's most creative defender last season but has only laid on one assist this term - perhaps because all five of the goals he provided in 2020/21 were scored by players who left in the summer.

2. Midfielders

Callum McGregor

Tom Rogic (CM) - Celtic's creator-in-chief averages 0.35 expected assists (xA) per 90, the highest of any player in Scotland's top flight this season (per Opta).

Callum McGregor (CM) - The club's skipper missed just one league game in the previous campaign but has already had to sit out five matches this term.

Reo Hatate (CM) - One of four Japanese players to feature for Celtic this season, Hatate only arrived in January but has already cemented his place in the hearts of Hoops fans with a brace against Rangers.

3. Forwards

Liel Abada

Liel Abada (RW) - Celtic's leading goal-getter with just nine league strikes has eight more matches to avoid becoming the first Hoops top scorer this century to finish the season in single digits.

Giorgos Giakoumakis (ST) - The summer arrival from VVV-Venlo is yet to suffer a defeat against Scottish opposition for Celtic, winning 15 of his 16 domestic outings.

Jota (LW) - Only Livingston's Alan Forrest has either taken or created more shots following a ball carry in this season's Scottish Premiership than the 22-year-old Benfica loanee (per Opta).
